A couple of coats of Feast Watson will deepen the grain, bring out the natural warmth of the timber, and lock out moisture that would otherwise cause swelling, splitting, and greying over time. Done right, it can add years of life to your bench or shelf.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eEach Corrogarden bed or potting bench typically needs around \u003cstrong\u003e1 litre for 2 coats\u003c\/strong\u003e — enough to properly protect the timber without over-applying. We recommend a light sand between coats for the best finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAvailable in three colours: \u003cstrong\u003eNatural\u003c\/strong\u003e (enhances the hoop pine's warm honey tone), \u003cstrong\u003eMerbau\u003c\/strong\u003e (a rich reddish-brown), and \u003cstrong\u003eWeathered Grey\u003c\/strong\u003e (a modern, coastal look).
