COMPACT Planter Box with Trellis & Pot Shelf - Timber 81x60x50cm(h)

Our COMPACT garden bed planter boxes with a trellis and pot shelf are 81cm long, 60cm wide, planting height of 50cm, and an overall trellis height of 161cm.  These garden beds are available in three planting depths - 23cm, 35cm, and 41cm.

The heavy-duty trellis is constructed from rigid hot dipped galvanised 4mm steel in 200mm ribbed squares to provide grip for climbing plants.  Strong enough to create a vertical garden or to hang pots, galvanised steel is rust-resistant and will look great for years to come.

The trellis provides support to your climbing plants such as snow peas, cucumbers or even climbing flowers to create beautiful screening or a garden separator.

• 23cm deep are economical on soil and perfect for favourite herbs. or flower bed
• 35cm deep is great for larger plants like tomatoes, capsicums and even root vegetables like carrots and potatoes!  
• 41cm deep for larger plants, even potted citrus, or for the gardener who likes to water less regularly.

These garden beds are perfect for gardening on your balcony, patio, lawn or backyard veggie patch.

The unique design features a recycled plastic tub that allows you to directly fill the bed with soil, protecting the timber from rot and boring insects.  

Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just starting out, these raised garden beds are a convenient, portable and low-impact way to grow your own herbs and vegetables or colourful flower bed.

Construction:  These garden beds are built strong from solid treated pine, screwed together with galvanised batten screws (normally used for large timer joints and house frames - each screw has more than 1,000kg shear strength, and there are more than 32 of these in even the smallest garden bed!) Your Corrogarden is over-engineered for strength, longevity and rust resistance.

Drainage:  Plastic tubs are corrugated, so your garden bed will be delivered with a 12mm hole in each corrugation (the lower trough).  We have a drainage channelling product add-on if to collect drainage overflow and channel away or into a watering can.  Available to add in the checkout.
