Why a planter box with a trellis for pots?
Pots don't have to stay put, and neither does this. Climbers in pots head up the steel mesh, stems can be tied to it, and lighter pots can hang from it. Nothing is planted in permanently, so the display can change with the seasons, or come with you when you move house.
Climbers or a privacy screen?
If you want to block a view rather than grow climbers, choose the 1.6 m privacy screen option above. It has horizontal timber slats instead of the mesh trellis and pot shelf.
Where does it work best?
Balconies, courtyards and decks. The raised base keeps pots off the floor, and the optional wheels make chasing the sun easy. Wheels roll best on hard, flat ground.

Will the timber rot or attract termites?
It’s arsenic-free MCA treated hoop pine, built to resist both. If it’s going on grass or bare ground, we recommend a paver or our protective feet under each leg to break the moisture and termite highway. Full guide: Care & Maintenance.
Do I have to assemble it?
No. In our SEQ delivery area we deliver it fully assembled to your backyard, ready to fill and plant.
