Worm Farm and Composting
Turn kitchen scraps into free fertiliser
A worm farm is the easiest way to put your food scraps to work. Tiger worms munch through up to 3–4 kg of kitchen waste a week and turn it into two of the best plant foods there are: worm castings — a slow-release, microbe-rich fertiliser — and worm tea, which you dilute to the colour of weak tea for an instant boost to your veggies.
We stock Tumbleweed's proven Australian range: the Worm Café for family households, the compact Worm Cube for courtyards and balconies, and the Worm Buffet — an in-ground farm that sits right inside your raised garden bed and feeds the soil around it. Starter kits bundle the farm with live worms, a worm blanket and conditioner so you're running from day one. Rounding it out: the 110L Compost Tumbler for garden waste, plus live composting worms and all the accessories.
Available with local delivery across South East Queensland — most items ride along free with a garden bed order.
