Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes — two ways depending on your postcode. If you're in South East Queensland (Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Redlands, Logan, Ipswich or the Gold Coast), your garden bed arrives fully assembled and placed where you want it. Everywhere else in Australia, it ships as a tough, partially-assembled flat-pack kit with tools included.

Do I need to assemble it myself?

If you're in the free-assembly SEQ zone, no — it arrives built and ready to fill. For national flat-pack orders, beds ship partially assembled with all tools included and go together with a power drill.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes — Click & Collect from our Lawnton HQ (3/25 Paisley Drive, Lawnton, QLD), often ready same day. Call 0466 628 236 to confirm.

What access do you need for assembled delivery?

Assembled delivery is single-driver, so we need ground-level access — no stairs, lifts, or carrying through the house — plus street or driveway access for the vehicle and trailer. Tricky access? Get in touch before ordering.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

No, we can't ship to PO boxes. Commercial or large orders are welcome — get in touch for custom arrangements.

What's the cut-off for Christmas delivery?

Local orders placed by 20 December are delivered before Christmas. Orders placed after that head out in the new year.

Returns & Warranty

What's your returns policy?

A 30-day return and refund policy, no questions asked. Within SEQ, we collect it free on our next delivery run. Outside SEQ, you return it at your own cost to 99 Whiteside Road, Whiteside QLD 4503.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — a 12-month warranty to repair or replace in the unlikely event of any workmanship or materials issue.

Can I return the Potting Mix Fill Service?

No — once potting mix is removed from the bags it can't be collected, returned, or refunded.

What are the garden beds made from?

Sustainable, arsenic-free ACQ treated pine, built to withstand Australian conditions for years — designed and manufactured locally.

What depth should I choose?

23cm (shallow): an economical choice, perfect for herbs, flowers and smaller plants — needs more frequent watering, best suited to partial shade (courtyards, balconies).

35cm (most popular): the best balance of planting depth, affordability and versatility — ideal for larger plants like tomatoes and capsicums, retains moisture better in full sun.

41cm (deepest): maximum root depth for the biggest range of vegetables.

Do you offer a potting mix fill or drainage service?

Yes — our delivery driver can fill your garden bed with potting mix right in your backyard (SEQ), and a Drainage Capture add-on is available for garden beds that need it.
