About Corrogarden

Corrogarden is Matt and the team in Lawnton, just north of Brisbane. We build timber raised garden beds made to last.

Who builds them?

We do, in our Lawnton workshop. We're a small team, so when you ring, you'll usually get Matt.

What are they made of?

Timber, not metal, despite the name: MCA treated hoop pine, an arsenic-free treatment that's safe for growing veggies, bolted together with galvanised fixings. A recycled plastic tub inside holds the potting mix. Being timber, you can paint yours any colour.

Why are so many of them waist-high?

Most of the beds we sell put the planting surface at 80 cm, around waist height, so you can plant, weed and pick standing up. There are 50 cm beds too, and wheels if you like to follow the sun.

How do they get to you?

Across South East Queensland, we build your bed, deliver it and put it in place for you, ready to fill. Usually it's one of us, with the trailer behind the Landcruiser. Everywhere else in Australia, we ship it as a partially assembled flat-pack kit. We include the bits and a spanner, you bring the drill. Can I come and have a look?

Yes, please do. Our showroom is at 3/25 Paisley Drive, Lawnton QLD 4501, open Monday to Thursday 8am to 3pm, Friday 8am to 11am, and Saturday and Sunday 8:30am to 1pm. Ring 0466 628 236 before you come, as we're often out delivering.

Can I buy them anywhere else?

Only from us, at the showroom or on this website. You won't find them at Bunnings.

What if something isn't right?

Every bed comes with a 2-year warranty. If anything goes wrong with the workmanship or materials, we'll repair or replace it.
